A
party of conscience is a party based on unchanging moral,
Christian principles.
We
have examined the writings of protestant and evangelical
Churches, Catholic Church documents, such as encyclicas,
pro-life and pro-family association newsletters and publications
from associations dealing with every aspect of social
involvement.
In
addition, we have participated to many meeting of social
concern. In its totality, the FCP represents the experience of
hundreds of people who work in the field and are themselves part
of other organizations.
This
shared knowledge prevents us from falling in the trap of
ideology, but keeps as as close to reality and truth as
possible.
As
a consequence, our policies reflect the morality of our
principles and are founded on the tradition of
western civilization and classical philosophy1, which
was maintained and
enhanced by the Christian tradition.
The FCP is a party of conscience
and true
compassion.
Our
candidates have given people in many ridings across Ontario an
opportunity to vote according to conscience.
